TRAINING & SERVICES

121 Private Training

The DHP is a totally private studio where we do away with the need for everything to be “ right “ before training. My belief is that exercise , training and food needs to be relaxed, sustainable and above all else FUN

Each and everyone of us is unique so diets and exercise plans peeled off instagram just don’t do it.

Outside The Gym

The time in the gym is the easy part. I fully understand the pressures in the real world with jobs , kids , work and houses so help guidance and support outside of the sessions is what makes us SPECIAL

You will be supported every step of the way with unlimited ( brave statement but FACT ) access to me via phone text or socials.

I only take on clients that fit the criteria and unashamedly do not take on anyone without first having a conversation and seeing if we fit each other.

Online Services (with a difference)

We have clients spread across the continents from the Middle East to USA. This is NOT standard generic coaching. All training plans, food plans and check ins are done via Skype or FaceTime to ensure that personal contact.

Small Group Training

We also offer limited slots of small group ( 1-4 people ) which is a great way of getting the personal touch and make new friends along the way.

Social Events

As we live in the REAL WORLD it’s so important to get the balance right. We have nights out , reiki evenings , group challenges , great merchandise and so much more.
